Where AI Revenue Infrastructure pays back fastest, and what the first installation usually looks like in each sector.

What businesses benefit most from AI agents?

Businesses where one missed opportunity is worth thousands: consultancies and advisory firms, financial and professional services, real estate, medical and health practices, and established high-ticket online businesses. The common profile is large deal value, inconsistent response times and a team spending significant hours on repetitive work — usually $2M–$30M revenue with 20–200 staff.

Low deal value with very high volume can also work, but the case is built on hours rather than conversion, and the maths is tighter.

How is this used in financial services?

Document-heavy review is the usual entry point: classifying inbound regulatory correspondence, risk-scoring it, summarising it and routing it to the right officer, with anything below the confidence threshold escalated. In our compliance triage build this took triage from roughly twelve minutes per filing to under ninety seconds and recovered forty hours a week.

The second wave is usually client onboarding and reporting, where the same document-handling infrastructure is already in place.

How is this used in professional services?

Proposal and scoping work, where senior people are the bottleneck. Indexing years of prior engagements makes institutional memory searchable, so a drafting system can produce a scoped, cited proposal in a fraction of the time. In our consulting build, drafting fell from about fourteen hours per RFP to under two and pipeline throughput tripled.

Win rate held steady in that engagement, which is the number to watch — speed that costs quality is not a saving.

How is this used in medical and health practices?

Client intake and onboarding. A conversational system collects intake over text, voice or web, normalises the answers into the practice's clinical schema, chases what is missing and prepares a briefing note before the appointment. In our wellness build, completed intakes rose from 61% to 94% and no-shows fell from 12% to 4%.

Clinical judgement stays entirely with practitioners; the system's job is to ensure they walk in briefed.

How is this used in real estate?

Speed on enquiries, almost always. Property enquiries arrive across portals, forms and phone at the exact moments agents are showing, and the first credible reply usually wins the appraisal. An AI Employee answers within minutes, qualifies against price band and timeframe, books the appraisal and briefs the agent beforehand.

Follow-up on unconverted enquiries is the second step, and often the larger one — most agencies have months of warm contacts nobody has time to revisit.
